Your order covers returns for the first 30 days only.
All returns have to be authorized by our company with a valid RMA number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted and not approved by the returns dept.
All returns have to be unused and inside the crate and box as received.
Return shipping is NOT covered under warranty for any order purchased from our company.
Please send us valid tracking info for the return shipment and a refund minus original shipping cost and a 20% of item(s) price for a restocking fee will be sent to you.
Your order can be cancelled within 24 orders after we receive the order.
Please Note : Cancellations cannot be accepted after the item has been processed and shipped out. IF you decide to cancel or refuse the delivery of the item, the refund sent to you for the order will be minus shipping / freight charges of item going out to you and bringing it back to our warehouse.
 Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your refund.

By purchasing any items on this website, you acknowledge and agree to be above 18 years of age.
The items listed on our websites are gas powered and a certified tech is required for assembly, prep, PDI and all tech issues. It can be dangerous to the rider if not assembled and prepped by a certified technician. All units, including those which have been fully assembled, are subject to unforeseen conditions during transit. All units must be inspected prior to initial operation in order to prevent unnecessary damage and ensure a good riding experience.
You acknowledge and understand that riding any vehicle purchased from ntxpowersports.com and any of our company websites, can be a dangerous activity that requires a level of skill.
You understand that these activities can result in serious injury to the person as well as damages to property. You voluntarily assume any and all risk associated with loss, damage or injury while riding the vehicles sold on our website.
You agree to release and forever discharge ntxpowersports.com or its parent company and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf and the manufacturer from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, cost or expenses and attorney fees which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected to your participation or use of these vehicles, use of equipment or property supplied by ntxpowersports or its parent company whether or not such claims, actions, damages, liability, cost or expenses are caused by the negligence of the seller, manufacturer or distributor. By this Agreement, it is your intention as the buyer, to surrender and waive any rights to sue or exercise any legal rights to seek damages from ntxpowersports or its parent company and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf. This Agreement shall be affecting and binding upon heirs, agents, personal representatives and assigns.
You have carefully read and acknowledged that you understand and agree to all the Terms and Conditions. You have had the opportunity to ask any and all questions regarding this Agreement and the effect of the same. You are aware that by purchasing an item and sending/remitting payment for the item, you assume all risk, and waive and release certain substantial rights that you may have or possess. You therefore release all liability and waive all rights in regard to activities with any items purchased from ntxpowersports.com
