Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For your convenience, we also accept Venmo, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway to ensure your information is safe.
Is my payment information secure?
Your payment information is secure with us. We use industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layering) encryption to protect your personal and payment details during the checkout process. Your privacy and security are our top priorities.
How do I apply a discount code or gift card?
You can apply your discount code or gift card during the checkout process. Simply enter the code into the designated "Promo Code" or "Gift Card" field. Your total will be updated to reflect the discount before you finalize your payment.
Do you offer guest checkout?
Yes, we offer a convenient guest checkout option for a quick and easy purchase experience. You also have the option to create an account to save your information for future orders and to view your order history.
Do you charge sales tax?
As a Texas-based business, we are required to collect state sales tax for orders shipped within Texas. The specific tax amount is calculated based on your shipping address and will be displayed during the checkout process.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate any changes before your order has shipped. Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours after we receive the order. Please contact us immediately by phone or email if you need to request a change or cancellation.
Please Note: Cancellations cannot be accepted after the item has been processed and shipped out. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping
What are your shipping options and how much do they cost?
We offer free shipping on some of our units. When free shipping is offered, it applies to most destinations in the continental US. This allows us to bring your dream vehicle directly to your door at no additional cost.
Free shipping does not include HI, AK or US territories, or any International destinations. It also does not include some remote areas in the continental US.

How long will it take to process and ship my order?
We process orders within 1 to 2 business days. Vehicles ship via third-party LTL carriers and typically arrive in 2-10 business days, depending on your distance from the nearest distribution center. Parts/accessories ship via UPS or USPS. Holiday seasons may add 3-5 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to view the status of your delivery on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available after you receive the email.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we offer complimentary shipping to all 48 continental states. We do not currently offer international shipping through our website. For further inquiries, we recommend contacting our customer support team.
My tracking says "Delivered," but I haven't received my package. What should I do?
We recommend checking around your property and with neighbors, as carriers occasionally place items in a location that is out of plain sight for safety. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue and open an investigation. They will have the most accurate information regarding your delivery.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be authorized by our company with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. Items must be unused and remain in the original crate and packaging as received. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team for authorization.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping is not covered under warranty. Please provide valid tracking information for the return shipment. Your refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
I received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. What do I do?
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately so we can resolve the issue. You can reach us by phone at 469-209-8740 or by email at ntxpowersports01@gmail.com. Please have your order number ready to help expedite the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund (minus original shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your refund. Note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

Where are you located?
We are located in Dallas, Texas and our showroom is at 11261 Harry Hines Blvd, Dallas TX 75229. If you are in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, we invite you to visit our store to see our fully assembled units. For those not in the area, our full inventory is available online with nationwide shipping.
